Melissa A. Harrison, Esq.


Ms. Harrison is a native of Pontotoc County Mississippi. She is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude.

Ms. Harrison is the managing attorney and founder of the firm. She focuses primarily on tax resolution/litigation, collections, social security disability, and general federal litigation. Ms. Harrison has a wide background in various and diverse areas of federal and state law.

Graduate of University of Alabama School of Law, with a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude.

Daniel B. Mahan


Dan has resided in Tupelo, MS for over 22 years and practices in general litigation with a focus on all domestic issues including divorce, child custody, adoption, child support, and modifications of all domestic orders. He also has extensive experience in debt collection and collecting on judgments most firms cannot. Mr. Mahan additionally practices in the area of Social Security and Disability representing individuals who are applying for Social Security Disability or Supplemental Security Income. He also can provide for your legal needs by drafting various legal documents such as wills, contracts, business agreements, corporate formation documents, articles of incorporation and various types of deeds.
